With your subscription to this service, our monitoring facility will be notified immediately of medical emergencies, panic alarms, intrusion alarms, smoke or fire, high or low temperature alarms, floods, AC power failure, low battery, user identification for arming and disarming, and many other programmable features.

Preventative Maintenance Contracts

When purchasing a system from Atlantic Alarm & Sound, you are investing in technology to help secure your home or automate your business operation. We recognize that your system is an "automated" system and, as a result, we have designed our service department accordingly, with the primary focus on minimizing system downtime and ensuring consistent reliablity.

As part of our scope of work, Atlantic Alarm & Sound will perform inspections and maintenance on all components of your system using our own in-house experts.

Various options are available, from maintenance agreements that include only an annual inspection to contracts with full parts and labour coverage. In addition, you will receive priority scheduling for service.

By subscribing to an Annual Preventative Maintenance Agreement, a qualified technician will visit your property once a year and conduct a full inspection to check the operating components of your system. A report will be developed and solutions will be offered in the event that a repair or change is needed to be made. This service provides peace of mind that your system will be frequently inspected to identify any potential problems, and that your system is functioning at its optimal level.
